MIDWEST NATIONALS ROCKFORD!!!

It was a long hot weekend in Rockford. So proud of all the riders battling in the heat and the MaD Team was in full loud and proud mode all weekend!

Hats off to Nick Von Holt for reaching his first semi main as an expert. People don't realize how hard that is. I know it was a big moment for mom and dad.

Another tip of the hat to Gannon Zielke. This little ripper made all his mains this weekend in class and cruiser. The motor just doesn't quit!

Our 16G Skylar Schaetz.....a main event Sunday and a big 2nd place Saturday. Awesome job girl!

Cupcake (Grant Gerke) rocked it into the main Saturday but came unclipped out of the gate in the semi Sunday and missed the main. Still, an impressive weekend by Grant beating some top NAG riders.

Brandon Rienke JR doubled up Sunday in class and open with and 3rd in class, a 2nd in open, and rode up front all weekend. AWESOME!!!!

Miss Raven Sturtevant powered the new Ssquared cruiser into the main event both days but could not quite get there in class missing the main by one spot each day.

TJ Krause hit the main event in cruiser on Saturday and put both bikes in Sunday; love the artistic dismount on the 4th straight.

We got to see Peyton Zielke make the main and I think he pedaled the entire track. Great job little man!

Brian Sturtevant got up from a nasty spill and put his ride in the main event. Great job Sensei Brian!

Trevor Anderson.... Winner in 15-16 open Saturday and a 5th in class. Sunday's bad gate in the semi with 6 riders from Saturday's main won't get you the transfer but he made the 15-16 open and got 5th that had six 16 year-olds in it. Not a bad weekend after being sick for the last 2 weeks.

Brady, Sklar Jacobs, Gage and Pierce, all rode well but came up short this weekend. Keep riding boys, it will happen!

Thank you Moms and Dads! Your riders were awesome this weekend..... we could even hear Heather and Tims voices cracking on Sunday.
